Two 4a Hs Basketball Quarterfinal Games Delayed Due to Winter Storm

As a result of serious winter months weather that has caused icy roads Wednesday, both Prescott Valley Bradshaw Mountain and Prescott needed to terminate their 4A kids basketball quarterfinals video games that they were to host tonight.

Joe Paddock, assistant director of the Arizona Interscholastic Organization, validated that the video games were being postponed and also the brackets will certainly be readjusted.

This is a safety problem with the solid winds and also ice on the roads, resulting in road closures. Both institutions were shut Wednesday.

Prescott is the No. 4 seed and also is to host protecting 4A state champion Gilbert Mesquite. Bradshaw Mountain is the 3 seed and is to host Glendale Cactus.

The games will be played Thursday evening at 7, weather condition permitting, according to both schools.
