Los Angeles Angels catcher Kurt Suzuki is “sharp” after experiencing a neck contusion when he was struck by a workout pitch throughout a 6-5 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday.
Suzuki was eliminated from the video game at Angel Stadium after a pitch from Michael Lorenzen prior to the third inning bounced before him and struck him on the neck.
