When Broc Lowry dedicated to Indiana, Indiana head coach Tom Allen got his first quarterback for the course of 2023 on Thursday.

Standing at 6-foot-3, 195 extra pounds, Lowry is a three-star recruit from Canfield, Ohio. He is the leading quarterback recruit from the state of Ohio, the 53rd-ranked quarterback in the nation and also the No. 952 player among 2023.
